After the storm on Monday afternoon and finding a leak over my kitchen until today, I really needed to make some food. James really wanted Indian food, especially there isn’t one near Schorsch Village. I had to bust out my Instapot because I couldn’t use my stove all day. The recipes I used was given to me by a good friend who now passed, but I tweaked his recipes for more heat and made it more savory in the butter chicken, and used no leavening agents the naan. I only tried a small piece no bigger than my thumb of the naan. I really don’t miss carbs anymore - eating nowadays is tough, but I’m glad I’ve lost almost 100 pounds since I started my weight loss journey in January. One day at a time. Onion Garlic Chili Naan: Water. Greek Yogurt. VO. Egg Yolk. UBAP Flour. Sugar. Rapid-Rise Yeast. S. Onion. Jalapeno. Garlic. Coriander Leaves.
